ppbDemand Planner /b – Fixed Term Contract – Legnano /p pFor our Customer Service Demand Management Team we are seeking a Demand Planner based in Legnano, who will have the opportunity to work on Global Brands such as Tempo®, Nuvenia®, TENA® and Demak'Up®.

/p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Demand Planner is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and Demand Management for their respective area of responsibility.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liAnalyzing historical demand and filter out outliers, identifying the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm /li liDeveloping the base Demand Plan using the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm and adjust where necessary /li liGenerating the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling/scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category Management /li liUnderstanding the impact of the customer buying pattern /liliCommunicating effectively and engaging the Sales Force on operational issues /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor Degree in Economics or similar field of study /li liProven experience in Demand Planning or a similar position, ideally in the FMCG Industry /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liGood analytical skills with deep knowledge of Excel and SAP R3 - APO /li liA real Team Player, with good communication skills at different organization level /li liFast learner with a strong attitude to problem solving /li /ul h3What We Can Offer You /h3 pOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
