ph3HR Manager Italy EP/NV Project management /h3pAs ItalyHR Leader EP/NV, you translate regional HR strategies into tangible local execution, partnering with leadership to drive business outcomes through coaching, talent development, and organizational design.
You will steer HR initiatives across Italy, support regional office needs, and manage cross-country projects to enable transformation.
This role combines hands-on people leadership with strategic workforce planning in a dynamic healthcare context.
You will work with senior leaders to foster an inclusive culture, accountability, and customer-centric growth.
