ph3Context /h3 pWe are looking for a bBusiness Consultant /b to join our bProfessional Services team /b, acting as a trusted functional and business expert in the delivery of enterprise software solutions.
/p pIn this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term product adoption.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead customer workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
/li liCollaborate with Enterprise Solution Architect to produce the Business Blueprint and ensure solution design meets business needs, project constraints, and product vision.
/li liDeliver elements of system design (data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, detailed specifications).
/li liContribute to multiple projects in parallel, working closely with Project Managers and cross?functional teams.
/li liSupport development, QA, and UAT phases by defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and validating deliverables.
/li liAct as a subject matter expert, providing functional guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams.
/li liSupport Sales and Pre?Sales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, and solution demonstrations.




/li /ul h3Key Skills and Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant delivering software solutions.
/li liStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
/li liKnowledge of and experience in the use of software design and modeling tools (e.g. UML).
/li liExperience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
/li liExcellent communication and documentation skills.
/li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross?functional teams.
/li liExperience in PLM and/or Food Beverage environments is a strong plus.
/li liProfessional working proficiency in Italian language.
/li liProficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
/li /ul pDomestic travel and occasional international travel may be required.
