ppWe are looking for a bSenior HR Administration Payroll Specialist /b to join our Human Capital team and support HR operations across our international entities.
/ppReporting to the bHead of HR Administration, Payroll Mobility /b, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and HR administration processes, coordinating external providers, managing employee benefits, and supporting continuous process improvement across multiple countries.
/ph3What you'll do /h3ulliCoordinate monthly payroll activities with external providers across several countries.
/liliManage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
/liliEnsure compliance with labour, tax and social security regulations.
/liliAdminister employee benefits and insurance programmes.
/liliMaintain HR data accuracy and prepare HR reports and KPIs.
/liliSupport the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR administration processes.
/liliAct as a trusted partner for HR colleagues, employees and external stakeholders.
/liliServe as backup to the Head of HR Administration, Payroll Mobility when required.
/li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulliBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
/lili5-7 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll and Benefits,



preferably in an international environment.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian payroll and labour legislation, with exposure to international HR processes.
/liliExperience working with payroll providers, HRIS/ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and advanced Excel.
/liliStrong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
/liliFluent English; additional languages are a plus.
