/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bFinance Specialist /bto join our fast-growing team in Italy.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach.
This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Finance Accounting /h3 ul liManage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and company policies.
/li liHandle supplier invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
/li liSupport month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
/li liLiaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and auditors when required.
/li liMonitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation and control.
/li /ul h3Office Support /h3 ul liSupport general office management — supplier coordination, utilities, and service contracts.
/li liMaintain and organize administrative records, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
/li liAssist with procurement and logistics documentation when needed.
/li /ul h3Compliance Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with tax, accounting, and local employment regulations.
/li liPrepare or support the preparation of financial and operational reports for management.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
/li li2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an international company.
/li liFamiliarity with Italian accounting standards and VAT procedures.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant.

/li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
/li liProactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
/li liGood command of English and Italian (both written and spoken).
Chinese language skill is highly desired.
