ppAs Transformation Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Akkodis, focusing on digital transformation and engineering services.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and client expectations.
Reporting to Operations Direction, you will collaborate with teams in Italy and Spain to drive company-wide transformation and innovation.
This role offers the chance to shape strategic programs that accelerate growth and organizational change.
/pulliManage the full project lifecycle from planning to closure /liliCoordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders /liliPrepare and maintain project documentation including plans, KPIs,



and risk logs /liliGather requirements and define roadmaps and milestones /liliTrack deliverables and mitigate issues or risks /liliSupport digital transformation and innovation projects /liliFacilitate cross-functional communication and alignment /liliOversee budget, timelines, and resource allocation with corrective actions /lili3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related roles /liliBachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Management) /liliGood understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) /liliStrong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities /liliExperience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams /liliFamiliarity with digital transformation and IT processes or emerging technologies /liliProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence) /liliAutonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
