ppLocated approximately 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three sources: the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection.
The facility will process 1,400 MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to ****; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field's Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC).
In addition, the scope will expand water facilities in Safaniyah GOSP-1 to accommodate the surplus produced water that exceeds the overall existing formation water system capacity up to year ****.
/p h3Job Purpose /h3 pTo serve as the Contract Proponent representative in the development and administration of contracts in the assigned organization.
/p h3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ulliProvide complex technical advice and support to contract proponents from the conception of contract service requirements through the execution of a contract to the termination of the contract or service requirements.
/liliDirect and participate in the development of engineering and financial studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation for alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.
/liliCoordinate and/or participate in the development of a professional level of analysis of: Company risk, exposure, technical qualification of bidders, scopes of work for various contract services.
/liliParticipate as the contract proponent representative or delegate participation on the Bid Review Team charged with development of a realistic Company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these terms.
/liliPerform other related duties as requested.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ullibEducational Technical Requirements: /b /liliBachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
MBA is desirable.
/lili***** years experience in the oil gas industry and has project contracting experience on large to mega projects.
/liliExcellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
