/p pThe Disaster Recovery Unit ensures ICT resilience across Generali's infrastructure /p pThe Disaster Recovery Unit within GOSP is seeking a technically skilled IT Disaster Recovery Specialist to strengthen the resilience of our ICT infrastructure.
This role is essential for ensuring business continuity in alignment with the DORA regulation and involves designing, executing, and maintaining disaster recovery strategies across multiple layers of technology.
/p pYou'll be part of a technically focused, cross-country team dedicated to ensuring organizational resilience.
/p ul liDevelop and update ICT Response and Recovery Plans (Disaster Recovery Plans) for GOSP and its customers.
/li liCoordinate and support DR Test sessions across multiple data centers.
/li liManage and update DR procedures, DR mapping, and team member roles.
/li liLead the creation and testing of ICT Response and Recovery Plans for nine critical scenarios as defined by DORA.
/li liSupport DR-related projects including CRS applications testing and infrastructure switchover/switchback operations.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
/li liMinimum 2 years of experience in Disaster Recovery projects.
/li liSolid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, backup systems, NAS, Linux/AIX environments, databases, cloud services, and security measures.
/li liExperience in coordinating DR tests and managing DR documentation.




/li liFamiliarity with DORA regulation and its implications on DR planning and testing.
/li /ul pSoft Skills: /p ul liStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
/li liHigh level of proactivity and attention to detail.
/li /ul pNotes/ Preferences: /p ul liCertifications in ISO *****, Business Continuity Institute (BCI), or similar.
/li liExperience with the management of ICT recovery and response procedure for switchover and switchback operation.
/li liExperience in cross-country coordination and working in international environments.
