ppPalazzo Parigi Hotel Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its staff.
/ppThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities: /pulliManaging check-in and check-out processes; /liliAssigning rooms to clients; /liliHandling cash operations and administrative tasks; /liliCollaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction; /liliPerforming tasks in accordance with LQA quality standards.
/li /ulpThe ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:



/pulliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context; /liliExcellent English language skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus; /liliGood knowledge of LQA standards; /liliStrong customer orientation; /liliAbility to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives; /liliExcellent knowledge of the Opera management system.
/li /ulpThe candidate should also have precision, flexibility (including flexibility in working hours), problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills.
