ppAs a Chemist/Organic Chemist in RI, you will drive innovative research and scalable processes to support sustainable growth.
You'll work on fluorine chemistry and radical polymerization, leading experiments from lab to pilot scale while collaborating across internal and external partners.
You'll translate ideas into practical programs, contribute to patents and reports, and mentor technicians.
This role blends deep scientific expertise with cross-functional teamwork to advance Syensqo's mission of sustainable solutions.
/p ul liDesign, execute, and lead experimental research at laboratory and pilot scale /li liPerform hands?on laboratory work to develop new synthetic approaches and materials /li liSupervise and coordinate technicians and maintain laboratory organization /li liDevelop expertise in fluorine organic chemistry and radical polymerization /li liGenerate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable experimental programs /li liContribute to patent filings and scientific reports /li liCollaborate with internal teams (Production, PAM, RAPS, CTD, Marketing)



and external partners /li liMonitor scientific developments, competitors' patents, and opportunities in the field /li liDrive RI projects ensuring objectives and deadlines are met /li liComply with HSE and laboratory safety practices /li liPh.D.
in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field /li liKnowledge of fluorine chemistry and radical polymerization is a plus /li liExcellent organic chemistry knowledge with strong synthetic and mechanistic understanding /li liStrong experimental intuition and problem?solving ability /li liCurious, self?motivated, and persistent in tackling research problems /li liAdaptable, collaborative, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team /li liOrganized and capable of independently driving research projects /li /ul pAs a Chemist/Organic Chemist in RI, you will drive innovative research and scalable processes to support sustainable growth.
