/p h3Purpose of the position: /h3 pAs Legal Advisor, you will be part of the General Counsel and Company Affairs Function providing support in the Execution Phase within Infrastructure projects based in Mantova (Bozzoliana) and Verona (Catulliana).
/p h3How can you support us?
/h3 ul liManage and coordinate specialist legal assistance in project-related legal matters, with a particular focus on public procurement law (D. Lgs *******), corporate law, D. Lgs ******** compliance, anti-mafia regulations and relationships with authorities.
/li liProvide legal assistance services and advice, including the handling of litigations and other proceedings, in coordination with external counsels and/or the Contract Management team.
/li liProvide legal assistance and company secretarial support, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements and managing the Consortium's corporate affairs, including Board and Shareholders' Meeting activities.
/li liSupport the Contract Management team in handling the Collegio Consultivo Tecnico (CCT) related to the project.
/li liSupervise the signature and implementation of the Protocollo di Legalità,
managing critical aspects and interpretative issues in collaboration with the Contract Management team.
/li /ul h3What are we looking for?
/h3 ul libEducation: /b Master's degree in Law /li libBackground: /b Relevant experience in legal support to infrastructure projects.
/li libLanguages: /b English language proficiency (C-1) /li libNice to have: /b Admission to the Italian Bar Association will be considered a plus.
