ph3Procurement Data Digital Excellence Specialist /h3pIn this role you will build and steward procurement data foundations to enable real-time, data-driven operations and AI-enabled capabilities.
You will partner with procurement, IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders to turn procurement data into a trusted strategic asset.
You'll deliver data products across SAP and connected platforms, supporting governance, analytics, and intelligent automation.
This position is a key driver of operating excellence and data maturity within Procurement, with a focus on scalable, well-documented data architectures.
/pulliAct as the Procurement Data Steward for master and transactional procurement data and define governance standards and quality rules.
/liliMonitor data quality KPIs, drive corrective actions with business and IT teams, and ensure data consistency across SAP and connected procurement apps.
/liliDefine and document data attributes, rules, and calculations for spend, suppliers, contracts, and KPIs; collaborate with IT and Data Platform teams to ensure secure, scalable data access.
/liliSupport integration of SAP data with enterprise data platforms and analytics environments; contribute to evolving procurement data architecture.




/liliPerform source-to-target validation for mappings from SAP S/4HANA and other sources to SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks, ensuring complete data flows.
/liliDevelop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reporting; translate business needs into actionable analytics.
/liliPromote data-driven decision making and support category managers with insightful data analysis.
/liliEnsure procurement data is AI-ready and support deployment of AI and Generative AI use cases; partner with Digital and AI teams to identify opportunities for automation and predictive analytics.
/lili3–5 years in data, analytics, procurement operations or procurement technology roles /liliHands-on SAP S/4HANA procurement data structures experience; exposure to SAP Business Data Cloud, Datasphere, BTP, and SAP Business AI /liliProven delivery of data products end-to-end, not one-off extracts /liliExperience with Databricks, Python, and SQL in lakehouse/cloud platforms /liliExperience integrating and harmonising data across multiple ERP systems /liliExperience preparing and governing data for AI, ML, or advanced analytics /liliInternational, multi-country transformation programmes a plus /li /ulpIn this role you will build and steward procurement data foundations to enable real-time, data-driven operations and AI-enabled capabilities... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
