/p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Global SAP IT Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Supply Chain Execution processes across the EU region, with a primary focus on Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Quality.
You will act as a functional and technical expert, ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of SAP and Limble solutions, as well as supporting the introduction of future tools in this area.
/p pIn this hands?on role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions,
contributing to the full lifecycle - from requirements gathering and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
You will be part of a global IT team, with a strong focus on delivering value to EU operations and driving meaningful improvements.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide SAP and Limble application support for Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance processes in the EU region /li liAct as a functional and technical SME, ensuring alignment between business needs and system solutions /li liGather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with IT and stakeholders /li liTranslate requirements into functional specifications and support development teams /li liDefine and support testing activities, including UAT and validation /li liParticipate in design reviews and ensure solution quality and compliance /li liTroubleshoot issues and support incident resolution, acting as escalation point /li liLead small to medium system improvement projects and coordinate deployments /li liSupport system documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives /liliEnsure SLA adherence and effective communication with business users /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
/li liSeven years of experience in IT supporting business enabled processes in Supply Chain execution (Manufacturing, Quality and Plant Maintenance) /li liAbility to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis of results and feedback from the user community /li liAbility to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements /li liAbility to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary /li liAbility to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed /li liStrong interpersonal and customer relationship skills /li liDemonstrated leadership and problem solving skills /li liExperienced in SAP Manufacturing and SAP Quality /li liExperienced in Plant maintenance tools and its integration with SAP /li liCustomer centric approach and attitude /li liExperience with Service Now a plus /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pReports to Manager, Application Delivery (Manufacturing Logistics) /p h3Travel requirements /h3 p5 - 10% /p h3Salary Range /h3 pThe expected salary for this position is between€40,000 and €55,000.
The final salary package may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
