/ppSaipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. /ppSOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
/ppbPurpose of the position: /b As bInternational HR Compensation Specialist /b, you will join our Offshore Talent and Compensation Management Department at Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC), based in Milan.
/ppbHow can you support us?
/b /pulliAnalysis and development of compensation strategies that meet corporate needs and market studies.
/liliCollaboration with the corresponding human resources functions in local branches to define grading system, compensation structures and incentive plans.
/liliMonitoring market practices in terms of compensation, ensuring the competitiveness of the offer.
/liliPreparation of analytical reports on staff compensation levels and the effectiveness of compensation policies.
/liliSupport in managing the annual salary review process.
/liliCoordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys.
/liliPromotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems.
/li /ulpbWhat are we looking for?
/b /ppbEducation: /bDegree in Human Resource Management or related fields; /ppbBackground:



/b2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation, preferably in the French market.
Given the company's international profile, professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
/ppbLanguages: /b Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of French is a nice to have.
/ppbTechnical/IT Knowledge: /b Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel.
