ppFunction /p pProject Scope of Work /p pLocated proximity 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km Southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three (3) sources; the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection.
The facility will process 1,400MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to ****; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field's Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC).

/p h3Job Purpose /h3 pResponsible for reviewing vendor technical evaluation and deviation list from company standards for rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps and gas turbines.
/p h3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liReview rotating equipment datasheets and supporting documentation.
/li liResponsible to participate in the technical clarification meeting with vendors.
/li liDesign and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
/li liDevelop a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
/li liDevelop, test and evaluate theoretical designs.
/li liDiscuss and solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers /li liManage projects using engineering principles and techniques.
/li liPlan and design new production processes.
/li liProduce details of specifications and outline designs.
/li liRecommend modifications following prototype test results.
/li liUse research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.
/li liConsider the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
/li liMonitor and commission plant and systems.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 20 or more years of experience i /li liDeveloping corrosion management programs.
/li liDeveloping corrosion monitoring systems and experience in on-stream inspections(OSI) and In-line inspections (ILI).
/li liRisk-based inspection (RBI) based on API-580 methodology.
/li liDeveloping coating plans,
solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection plan.
/li liAramco's APCS coating systems, applications, and limitations.
/li liDeveloping corrosion controls, corrosion loops, and damage mechanisms.
/li liPerforming corrosion risk assessments, experience with various inhibition chemicals and performances including ILSS.
/li liEvaluate and conclusions from Corrosion Monitoring System data.Experience in troubleshooting corrosion issues by RCFA (Rood cause failure analysis).
/li liWell experienced in developing and updating Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs) across Project lifecycle.
/li liReviewing existing inspection program reports and ability to recommend corrosion monitor methods.
/li liDeveloping and implementing corrosion control and mitigation strategies for in-plant assets and pipelines.
/li liConducting corrosion surveys to identify high-risk areas and having recommended corrective actions.
/li liDeveloping dashboards including Integrity Operating Window (IOWs) and KPIs.
/li liPerform Management of Change (MOC) related to metallurgy and corrosion management.
/li liParticipating in discipline technical bid evaluation and post PO manufacturer's document review process.
/li liReviewing detailed design vendor packages for new/existing facilities on metallurgy and corrosion management.
/li liFamiliar and experience with Aramco Standards, Practices and Procedures /li liPreferrable having NACE Specialist Certification, NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571, and NACE CP level II.
/li liDeep working knowledge of API-571, API-579, API-580, API-570, and API-510.
/li liActive affiliation with professional societies like IMechE, ASME, API, ISO, NACE, TWI is highly desirable.
