ppWe are seeking an experienced bIT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer /b with b3–6 years of experience /b to provide onsite and remote IT support within a global IT Operations team.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
/liliSupport bWindows 11 and macOS /b, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
/liliConfigure and deploy devices using bMicrosoft Intune and JAMF /b.
/liliSupport bMicrosoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, Defender /b and other business applications.
/liliProvide support for biOS/Android, Cisco/Polycom telephony and softphones /b.
/liliSupport meeting rooms and AV technologies including bCrestron, Logitech, Dolby and Room Wizard /b.
/liliManage IT assets, documentation, knowledgebase updates and hardware lifecycle activities.
/liliSupport new-joiner setups, employee moves,
equipment returns and vendor hardware repairs.
/liliPerform meeting-room health checks, patching, updates and antivirus maintenance.
/liliHandle escalations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
/li /ulh3Key Skills Experience /h3ullib3+ years /b in IT/EUC or technical IT support.
/liliStrong hands-on troubleshooting across bWindows 11 and macOS /b.
/liliExperience with bMicrosoft Intune, JAMF and Jira /b.
/liliStrong knowledge of bMicrosoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN /b.
/liliExperience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.
/liliExcellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
/liliDegree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
