We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant to be part of our vibrant and fast?growing Industrial Operations team (flexible location preferably north or south of Italy).
/p h3YOUR ROLE IN LIFEBEE /h3 pWithin our Industrial Operations Business Line, reporting to the BL Manager, you will actively contribute to further developing and enhancing our business by driving and enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement through project and resource planning and coordination.
/p ul liYou will lead projects for key local and international Clients in the Pharmaceutical industry by defining,



planning, monitoring activities and resources, providing subject matter expertise as well as overseeing technical support when required /li liYou will oversee the implementation and integration of market?leading software solutions for Life Sciences /li liYou will provide guidance and mentorship to other team members encouraging their professional growth and development /li liYou will be at the frontline enhancing close collaboration with local and global software vendors /li liFurthermore, you will contribute to the growth and further development of LifeBee business by getting involved in sales activities such as offer preparation and negotiation with clients in line with profitability goals /li liLastly, you will also be involved in technical validation and review specification activities /li /ul h3Profile and Skills /h3 ul liProven experience gained in similar roles, at least 5–6 years /li liSTEM degree preferred (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, biomedical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics) /li liExperience leading the digital delivery of IT software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in one or more of the following domains: MES/EBR, Serialization and Track Trace, Business Analytics,
