ppTo lead our SPA Wellness department, we are looking for an empathetic, inspiring, and quality-driven bSPA Manager (m/f/d) /b who, together with the team, creates exceptional wellness experiences and brings our holistic wellness philosophy to life.
/p h3YOUR TASKS: /h3 ul liOverall responsibility for the SPA Wellness department, including operations, quality, profitability, and team leadership /li liStrategic development of our holistic SPA and wellness concept with Alpine inspiration /li liEnsuring exceptional, personalized 5-star guest experience through a strong presence, individual attention and the highest service standards /li liOverseeing daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and SPA reception /li liLeading, developing, and motivating the SPA team while fostering a respectful and inspiring team culture /li liEnsuring the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and safety /li liResponsibility for inventory management, purchasing, budget planning, and cost control /li liClose collaboration with the General Management as well as the Front Office, Housekeeping, and FB departments /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE: /h3 ul liSeveral years of leadership experience in the SPA Wellness industry, ideally as a SPA Manager or Assistant SPA Manager /li liPassion for well-being, health,
