ph3Main purpose of the role /h3 pWithin the Process Excellence Center, in the GRDQ team, we are looking for a new colleague who will reporting to the Process Excellence Director.
The new resource will be responsible for deploying the creative strategies to create a work environment that utilizes updated and innovative technology, processes, and operations.
/p h3Focus of the activity are processes set up and relevant equipment to achieve the excellence in the industry /h3 h3What you will do /h3 ul liProcess innovation: Implement various creative techniques and processes to increase a company's efficiency and productivity.
/li liBy doing so, enhancing the company's competitiveness within its industry /li liCreate Innovative Goals: Create a list of goals that encourage innovative thinking and strategies throughout the organization /li liIdentify Areas of Improvement: Observe standard processes and operations within the company to identify areas that could vantaggi from innovation /li liThis allows to plan creative solutions and opportunities for growth /li liResearch Innovative Trends: Stay up-to-date by researching new trends within the industry,



ensuring the organization remains informed about advancements /li liContribute to source and develop innovative technologies which could provide improvement of the manufacturing process (savings, sustainability, automatization, less FTE, etc) /li liScouting new process equipment's /li liMapping of current processes /li liDefining ideal processes set-up for each product category /li /ul h3Our Perfect Candidate /h3 ul li5 years experience across RD or engineering roles /li liUniversity degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Engineering /li liStrong communication skills /li liCross-functional collaboration /li liEnglish is a must /li liFlexibility and ability to travel is a must.
xysqume /li /ul pThe position offers a gross annual salary starting from 65,000.
