/li /ul h3Practical Information /h3 pLocation: Milan, Italy | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for EU | Language Requirements: Professional/fluent level English and Italian, both written and verbal /p pWe are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Identity Specialist with hands?on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migration projects and deep expertise in identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations /b across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution /li libManage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges /b, including Entra ID (Azure AD),



domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management /li libUtilize QuestOnDemand Migration, Migration Manager /b, or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects /li libAssess and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing models /b to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements /li libImplement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions /b, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies /li libSupport Microsoft Copilot adoption and governance /b while providing best-practice guidance to customers and internal stakeholders /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, while producing technical documentation, migration runbooks, operational handover materials, and best-practice guidance for customers and internal teams /li /ul h3What we need to see from you /h3 ul liProven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments /li liStrong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity synchronization, federation, identity governance, and access management /li liHands?on experience with migration tools such as QuestOnDemand Migration, Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, or similar platforms /li liSolid understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models, including E3, E5, Business Premium, add-ons, and advanced security capabilities /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security Compliance,
