/b /p pAs Team Leader Content Collaboration AI you will lead a team responsible for managing core solutions in collaboration, content, and artificial intelligence—including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and AI tools such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
/p pYou will coordinate and develop these systems, drive digital transformation and process optimization across the company, and act as the Center of Excellence for the Power Platform, including IT governance.
/p h3bYour Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liPlatform Management Architecture: Ensure collaboration and AI platforms are scalable, innovative, and strategically aligned.
/li liCitizen Developer Enablement: Establish a framework that empowers business users to build solutions independently—securely and under governance.
/li liCost License Management: Oversee software licenses, optimize costs through FinOps practices, and support budget planning.
/li liInnovation AI Solutions: Design and implement innovative use cases with AI technologies, fostering a culture of learning and experimentation.
/li liGovernance Compliance: Contribute to policy design and implementation, ensuring release management and compliance standards are met.
/li liTeam Leadership: Build a high?performing, collaborative team culture, support employee development, and set clear SMART/OKR goals.
/li liStakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Digital Transformation Business Partners, business units, and technology partners.
/li liStrategic Alignment: Translate corporate objectives into concrete initiatives and performance indicators.
/li /ul h3bYour Profile /b /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics,
or a related field.
/li liAt least 3 years of professional experience in content, collaboration, automation, and low?code AI platforms.
/li liStrong expertise in Microsoft Azure Services, Power Platform, and AI integration.
/li liExperience with FinOps practices in a cloud context is an advantage.
/li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/li liAnalytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to understand complex interdependencies.
/li liLanguages: Fluent English plus Italian or German.
