ph3About the Role /h3 pAs a Beauty Advisor and valued member of the Rende team, you will excel in this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGreet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
/li liBuild strong client relationships and deliver client?centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
/li liSupport the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
/li liActively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
/li liOrganize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
/li liContribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
/li liFoster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating, and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant),



preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
/li liKnowledge of key commerce KPIs.
