/ppThis is a strategic leadership role combining strongcommercial development, people management and business leadership /strong, with direct visibility at executive level.
/ppstrongYour responsibilities /strong /pulliLead and develop the Private Banking business in Milan.
/liliManage, coach and inspire a team of experienced Private Bankers.
/liliDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market.
/liliDrive business growth through your personal network and market credibility.
/liliDevelop relationships with entrepreneurs, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), family businesses and key intermediaries.
/liliContribute personally to asset gathering while supporting the development of the wider team.
/liliAct as the ambassador of the bank across the Italian wealth management ecosystem.
/liliWork closely with senior management on the long-term development of the franchise.
/li /ulpstrongYour profile /strong /pulliExtensive experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
/liliProven track record in leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
/liliStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow senior bankers.
/liliEstablished reputation within the Italian wealth management market.
/liliExisting network of HNW/UHNW clients, entrepreneurs and professional intermediaries.
/liliAbility to contribute to new asset acquisition and business development.
/liliEntrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent relationship management skills.
/liliFluent Italian and English are required.
