pHines is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Italy portfolio, driving safe, efficient, and profitable operation while delivering an outstanding resident experience across PBSA assets.
/ppYou will build and coach Italian General Managers, oversee PL, budgeting, occupancy targets, and market-facing activities, collaborating with Asset Management, Marketing and Finance.
Travel across Italy is required to lead multi-site teams and ensure compliance with local regulations.
