ppbWe are looking for a Senior Game Designer to join us in creating and guiding our projects, from VR simulators to educational games and multiplayer experiences!

/p pThe Game Designer we're looking for err towards the creative / narrative sphere, able to analyze new briefs and propose solutions to clients with the proper documentation.
/p pYou will be front-facing with clients, explaining to them your project and intermediate milestones, and you will see through the whole development of the projects you proposed, developing the project alongside your colleagues and ensuring the quality of the product developed.
/p pTo be clear: this is not a junior position, and we require the designer to be able to work in Unity, not only on documents!

/b /p ul liUnderstand requirements, ask the right questions and design tailored XR or gaming solutions /li liInteract with clients during design proposals and development, producing the necessary visual documentation and presenting it /li liPlan future developments with the support of the development team including scope,
roadmap and milestones /li liWork with the team or on your own to define the systems and the mechanics and prototype them when needed /li liCreate and maintain a clear and efficient design documentation /li liOwn the product vision and ensure that creative, quality and budgetary goals are met /li liMentor other members of the team as needed /li li4+ years of industry experience, with proven track record of completed projects /li liExcellent creative skills and able to analyze game systems /li liUnity engine knowledge and basic scripting skills /li liKnowledge of UX design and able to apply it in every project /li liGit (you will be cloning, pulling and pushing!) /li liTeam worker, willing to help others and share knowledge /li liGreat communication skills, (able to discuss with non-gamer people or non-technical people) /li liPassion for games, XR and cutting edge technology /li liA natural curiosity for all aspects of game development and a willingness to work on a wide variety of systems /li liAble to mentor other people /li liFluent in Italian and English, written and spoken /li liExpertise in VR and AR design principles /li liLevel Design /li liNarrative Design Storytelling /li liKnowledge of software like Adobe XD/Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint or other "visual" tools /li liProject management experience is a big plus /li liExtra skills outside the sphere of game development are always welcome /li liA friendly, transparent and ambitious working environment /li liDiverse and challenging projects, with a high degree of freedom and responsibility /li liPersonal and career development /li liA lot of VR / AR to play with /li /ul pbEmployment type is full-time, on-site in Milan, Italy.
/b /p pbYearly Salary Range: € 35K – 45K /b /p pCurrently on-site working, with occasional remote work agreed with your manager or lead.
/p pFull remote work opportunities are evaluated only for freelancing.
