ppWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Service Specialist to join our technical team.
In this role, you will be the primary technical authority for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced burner systems.
You will handle complex troubleshooting on-site, provide expert guidance to junior technicians, and ensure our clients' thermal processes operate at peak efficiency and safety.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvanced Troubleshooting Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures on industrial burners, combustion control systems, and fuel delivery skids.
/li liCommissioning Start-up: Lead the on-site startup of new burner installations, ensuring precise calibration of air-fuel ratios and compliance with local environmental standards.
/li liPreventative Maintenance: Execute and oversee scheduled maintenance programs to maximize system longevity and prevent unplanned downtime.
/li liTechnical Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for clients, providing recommendations on system upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and safety retrofits.
/li liLeadership Mentoring: Support and train junior field service technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
/li liReporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, combustion analysis logs, and site visit summaries for both customers and internal stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liExperience:



Minimum of 5–8 years of hands?on experience in field service specifically within the burner/combustion industry (Power Gen, HVAC, or Industrial Process).
/li liTechnical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of gas, oil, and dual?fuel burner technologies.
/li liStrong command of PLC?based burner management systems (BMS) and flame safeguards.
/li liAbility to read and interpret complex PIDs, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
/li liCertifications: Valid gas fitter licenses or relevant electrical/mechanical certifications (e.g., PED, ATEX knowledge) are highly preferred.
/li liSoft Skills: Exceptional problem?solving skills, a "customer-first" mindset, and the ability to work independently in high?pressure environments.
/li liMobility: Willingness to travel to client sites (frequent regional or occasional international travel).
/li liLanguage: Fluency in English (technical and conversational) is mandatory.
/li /ul pThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender?neutral criteria.
