/br /brh3Job Description /h3CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. is seeking a skilled Cans Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair high-speed can manufacturing machinery, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.br/Job Responsibilities:br/ /brul /brliPerform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of mechanical equipment used in can manufacturing, including presses, bodymakers, trimmers, flangers, and seaming machines.
/li /brliDiagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and production losses.
/li /brliRead and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment operation and repair procedures.
/li /brliExecute adjustments and calibrations to machinery to maintain specified operating parameters and product quality standards.
/li /brliCollaborate with production personnel and other technicians to identify and address recurring mechanical issues.
/li /brliMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance.
/li /brliAdhere to all safety regulations and company policies,



promoting a safe working environment.
/li /brliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
/li /brliAssist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery as required.
/li /br /ul /brJob Qualifications:br/ /brul /brliProven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment, such as can making, metal forming, or packaging.
/li /brliStrong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication principles.
/li /brliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
/li /brliProficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments.
/li /brliExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
/li /brliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
/li /brliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
/li /brliFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
/li /brliFormal technical education or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
