ppWe are supporting a leading global data centre developer in the appointment of a bConstruction Manager /b to deliver hyperscale data centre projects across EMEA.
Working closely with the Construction Director, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage contractors and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the day-to-day delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
/li liCoordinate General Contractors, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liMonitor programme, budget, quality, safety, and project risks.
/li liEnsure construction activities are delivered in line with design intent, technical specifications, and project milestones.
/li liSupport procurement, contractor management, and change control processes.
/li liWork closely with Development, Design, Engineering, Commissioning, and Operations teams.




/li liMaintain project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
/li liSupport commissioning, testing, and final project handover.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib7+ years' experience /b delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects, ideally working client-side for a data centre owner, developer, operator, or hyperscaler.
/li liProven experience managing General Contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
/li liExperience delivering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
/li liStrong understanding of construction management, programme delivery, commercial management, and health safety.
/li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
/li liDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
