Freudenberg seeks a seasoned global Operational Excellence leader to define and drive the company-wide OpEx strategy, roadmap, and governance. You will oversee deployment across regions, sites, and functions, champion continuous improvement, and align initiatives with business priorities.
Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in manufacturing or OpEx, with global leadership experience and deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and related methodologies. Excellent English communication is essential.
