As a Group M&E; Supervisor of the Meeting & Events Sales Cluster, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of the Cluster M&E; department. You’ll help drive enquiry conversion, maintain exceptional service standards,
and support the development of the team, ensuring every client and guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. We are looking for a new talent to add to our Milan-based team, focused on selling groups for our German, Swiss and Austrian hotels.

Responsibilities
- Enquiry Excellence: Ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, meeting Radisson Hotel Group standards and agreed response times.
- Sales Conversion: Drive conversion from enquiry through to signed contract, utilising RHG tools, systems, and processes to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Team Support & Leadership: Support, coach, and assist te
