/p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul lihandling incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, correspondence) /li limanaging calendars, meetings, and internal and external communications /li licoordinating follow-ups after meetings and agreed actions /li licarrying out commercial back office and secretarial activities /li liproviding administrative support to the sales team /li lipreparing documents, reports, and presentations /li lifiling and archiving documents and overseeing proper information flow /li licoordinating office suppliers and services (office maintenance,



cleaning, servicing, security) /li liorganizing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and shared spaces /li liordering office supplies and overseeing office equipment /li limonitoring contracts, deadlines, and related documentation /li lireceiving and sending courier shipments /li licollaborating with internal departments and the international headquarters /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ul liKnowledge of Polish is considered a plus /li liPrevious experience in a similar role is required /li listrong organizational skills, accuracy, autonomy, and a proactive mindset /li /ul pbApplications: /b /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
