/p pbPosition Overview /b /p pAs bSenior Finance Manager for Italy region /b, you are a key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining bfinancial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering /b.
/p pReporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as a bstrategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team /b, driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight.
/p pThis role blends bstrategic influence and hands-on execution /b, with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.
/p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pb1.
Strategic Finance Business Partnering /b /p ul liAct as a bcore member of the Country Leadership Team /b, contributing to business strategy and decision-making /li liPartner closely with bSales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy /b /li liProvide bactionable financial insights /b to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimization /li liSupport and challenge commercial teams on bpricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy /b /li liLead financial input into bstrategic and transformation projects /b /li /ul pb2.
Commercial Finance GTN Management /b /p ul liOwn and oversee bGross-to-Net (GTN) analysis /b, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments /li liContribute to the development and review of bcustomer and channel PLs /b /li liEnsure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of GTN reporting /li liDeliver bpost-event analysis /b on commercial initiatives and promotions /li /ul pb3.
Financial Planning,



Forecasting Controlling /b /p ul liOwn the bfull PL for the Italy entity /b, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEX /li liLead bbudget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes /b /li liDeliver timely and accurate bmonthly closing and management reporting /b /li liAnalyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drive bcorrective actions /b /li liDevelop and maintain bfinancial models, dashboards, and KPIs /b /li liProvide bin-depth variance analysis and performance commentary /b /li liDrive continuous improvement in bforecast accuracy and reporting processes /b /li /ul pb4.
Statutory, Accounting Compliance /b /p ul liEnsure compliance with baccounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS /b.
/li liAct as bprimary contact for auditors /b /li liEnsure effective binternal control environment and risk management framework, /b including credit limit risks (Coface insurance) /li liMonitor impacts on bPL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow /b /li liOversee bcash flow and working capital management, /b including DSO optimization inventory turn over /li liSupervise payroll-related financial aspects in coordination with HR /li /ul pb5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration /b /p ul liWork closely with bFPA, GBS, Supply Chain, and Group Finance teams /b /li liAlign financial plans with boperational and commercial strategies /b /li liContribute to bregional and global finance initiatives /b /li liSupport business case development for binvestments and strategic initiatives /b /li /ul pb6.
Team Leadership Development /b /p ul liLead and develop the Finance team /li liFoster a bperformance-driven, collaborative culture /b /li liCoach team members and support bcapability building /b /li liDrive bprocess standardization and efficiency improvements /b /li /ul pb7.
Process Improvement Data Governance /b /p ul liImprove bfinancial tools, reporting systems, and dashboards /b /li liEnhance bdata quality, governance, and transparency /b /li liSupport bsystem implementation or upgrades (ERP,
