Mercor seeks an AI Safety Practitioner to evaluate AI-generated responses for safety, accuracy, and policy compliance on a remote basis. You will review content across sensitive domains and apply refined rubrics for RLHF and SFT, contributing to AI safety benchmarking efforts.
You will collaborate with AI researchers and safety teams to identify unsafe outputs and provide actionable feedback for model alignment. A background in AI safety or related fields is essential.
