Front office and back office assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Front Office and Back Office Assistant to join our team at IC S Milan. This role is important to ensure the best operation of both the front office and administrative functions, providing excellent service to students, parents, and staff.
The position reports directly to the School Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office and Back Office Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always welcoming.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the school’s programs and services.
- Work with internal staff and external suppliers.
- Support the administrative team.
- Organize bus management for arrival and pick up at school.
- Assist in organizing school events, activities and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- C2 level of English.
