Are you an experienced PMO and portfolio management professional looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on bringing structure, governance and clarity to complex technology portfolios, while influencing senior stakeholders and driving successful delivery? We are seeking a PMO & Portfolio Manager to join Peel Ports Group, providing leadership across a portfolio of strategic technology projects and programmes, ensuring strong governance, effective prioritisation, robust financial control and the successful delivery of business value across the organisation.

Your Role

As PMO & Portfolio Manager, you will lead governance, planning, prioritisation and delivery assurance across a portfolio of strategic technology projects and programmes. Working within the Programme Delivery Office, you will provide oversight of project performance, resource allocation, financial management, risk and dependency management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Commercial,



Procurement and operational teams, while providing leadership and challenge to Project Managers and delivery teams. The role is focused on driving consistent project delivery, strengthening governance and controls, maximising business value, and supporting the successful realisation of benefits across the technology portfolio

What you’ll bring

An experienced technology programme leader with a proven track record of delivering complex IT and business change initiatives across large-scale environments. Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, governance, risk, and benefits realisation. Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to align programme delivery to business outcomes and EBITDA performance.
