Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. To strengthen their internal staff, they have commissioned us to search for a Data Entry specialist.

Under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, the role holder is responsible for accurately performing a range of general duties.

Activities include:

1. Handling incoming customer calls
2. Customer Service and Orders (NSO) email activities
3. Data entry within a business management system
4. Back office tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Advanced level English, preferably fluent in spoken and written communication
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred
- Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
- Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP may be advantageous

The position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
