Sitevis LTD is seeking a Hardware Support Technician with 2-3 years of IT hardware experience to assist with break-fix support for desktops, notebooks and workstations. The role involves on-site inventory management, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks, including weekly reports and asset tagging.

You will engage with end users and VIPs, troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, and ensure strong customer service while following defined processes and escalation
