We are hiring for a Customer Service role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - Italian proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: The salary should be indicated per month rather than per year.
