PpSDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute the development of its Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio. /ppThe ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, building long-term relationships with corporate partners, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the continuous innovation of the School’s offering. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships /liliDesign tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations /liliBuild and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders /liliDrive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions /liliEnsure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulli8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services /liliStrong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuring /liliSolid understanding of business and organizational dynamics /liliStrong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities,
