The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operation of the project, including the profitable, timely and professional completion of the work.

The Project Manager reports to the Operation Manager.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

The Project Manager has the responsibility to:





- Provide leadership to the Project Team.
- Produce a responsibility matrix for the entire Project Team. The responsibility listing must be submitted to the Operation Manager for review and approval. This listing shall include administrative assignments such as:

Submittals

Scheduling

Direct work material review

Direct work labor review

Works co-ordination

Subcontractor lead person assignments

Design Milestone Schedule (Programming, Concept, Schematic, Detailed design, Construction Documents)

Show your expertise

Skills and Knowledge

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
- Engineering degree
- Speak and write fluent English

Experience

- Five (5) years direct experience in project development as project co-ordinator or PM. Experience
- Direct experience with diverse number of construction methods in the same application as those requested by the project
