Building and executing an overall OPTIMAX product strategy for EN Plant OptimizationDefine the product roadmap and new features that will help grow the overall businessWork closely with R&D; to implement portfolio recommendations and prioritize new product developmentsUnderstand and anticipate external market needs and customer requirementsInterface with internal functions like product development, operations, financials, marketing, sales, and serviceOwn go-to-market messaging including internal messaging documents and sales/customer-driven demosIdentify and drive the development of new market opportunities with business development colleaguesSupport identifying interesting M&A; opportunitiesAccountable for yearly business orders, margin, and related financial targets of the product portfolioRequirementsMaster’s degree in chemical, control or electrical engineering, or equivalent15+ years of experience in product managementExperience in developing energy, process and emissions optimization solutionsKnowledge of software-related business models for energy industry segmentsStrong understanding of modern ways of developing products and on the latest ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI)Relevant experience in Energy Industries (Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemicals,
