Teamworks seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Success leader to own relationships across Italy and Southern Europe, driving renewals and expansion. You will lead Hub implementations in Italian and partner with our Product Success team on non-Hub products, translating data insights into strategic account actions.

Based in Italy, you will build trust with sports organizations, collaborate with an Italian-speaking Account Executive, and visit customers on-site to deepen relationships and value
