XINLEI Global is seeking a dynamic commercial leader to drive the entry of heat pump products into Europe, starting with markets such as Germany, France, Italy, and Poland. You will build and manage distributor partnerships, recruit and train dealers, and enable end-user sales across residential and commercial segments.
The role requires 3+ years in European HVAC sales, strong knowledge of dealer systems, and willingness to travel.
