The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and proactively managing client requests, including reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management and a solid understanding of data center technologies, enabling them to represent Data4 effectively during the Operations phase.
