YOUR MISSION:
Assicurare insieme allo Store Manager che lo store raggiunga obiettivi di vendita e di KPI’s attraverso strategie a medio-lungo termine, controllo delle spese, vendite e servizio al cliente
Garantire alti standard di customer service seguendo i valori del brand PUMA
Processare vendite, cambi e resi in cassa seguendo le direttive aziendali di sconto
Assistere lo Store Manager nell’assumere, formare e far crescere i membri del team attraverso un costante monitoraggio delle performance
Analizzare i profili dei clienti e le tendenze di vendita per indirizzare il business insieme allo Store Manager
Assistere lo Store Manager nel comunicare, gestire ed eseguire le iniziative Marketing ed eventi con budget in linea con le Procedure aziendali
YOUR TALENT:
Candidati/e iscritti/e alle liste di collocamento obbligatorio (L- 68/99) sono i/le benvenuto/e
2-3 anni di esperienza manageriale in un atmosfera Retail focalizzato al customer service (preferibilmente abbigliamento e scarpe)
Passione per il brand PUMA e interesse per il mondo commerciale
Personalità amichevole, affidabile e rivolta al cliente
Abilità nella ricerca e nella gestione di nuovi membri
Abilità nel presentare informazioni a grandi gruppi
Estroverso/a con forte capacità di comunicazione e motivazione personale
Disponibilità a viaggiare per brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed europeo
Utilizzo dei principali programmi PC: Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Internet
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
