Its platform simplifies and optimizes shipping processes, empowering businesses of all sizes to streamline their operations. With a growing international presence, the company is now entering a pivotal phase of scale‑up, targeting 10M+ in ARR and beyond.
The Role
We are seeking a strategic and experiencedHead of International Expansionto lead and scale the company's go‑to‑market and revenue operations. The ideal candidate comes from the SaaS world, understands how to scale a product from 7M to 50M+ ARR, and brings a methodical, metrics‑driven approach to organizational growth.
Ideal Profile

Senior executive with a proven track record scaling SaaS companies (e.g., from 7M to 50M+ ARR).




Background in both enterprise software (e.g., Oracle) and high‑growth startups or scale‑ups.
Strong experience in international market expansion and with corporate‑level client targets, including companies that sell high‑priced products
English: Fluent (mandatory). Italian and French: not required.

Location & Flexibility

Milan (3 days/week in presence)
Hybrid / flexible working style encouraged
