Pramac, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to join the Product Management Team at its Head Quarter in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).

Purpose

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our aftermarket business. In this role, you will help define and execute strategies that maximize the value of our installed base through spare parts, service offerings, and lifecycle solutions.

You will play a key role in driving recurring revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability,



working at the intersection of product, service, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the aftermarket product strategy, including spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of service and parts offerings, from launch to optimization and phase-out
- Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through effective pricing and portfolio management
- Analyze the installed base to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and lifecycle services
- Develop compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools to support commercial teams
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure parts availability, lead time optimization, and service levels
- Lead the development of innovative service models, including digital and subscription-based offerings
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Service, and Finance to ensure alig
