We are looking for a Feature Lead Engineer – Connectivity to play a pivotal role in shaping the definition and implementation of next-generation TCU platforms at a major automotive OEM.
You will bring automotive or equivalent platform expertise to build scalable, high-quality products. You will analyze, review, refine, plan, define, and release new software applications with a focus on component requirements in support of business goals ,bridging technical development with product delivery across connectivity domains.

Responsibilities:
Lead the definition, planning, and release of connectivity software features for next-generation TCU platformsWrite and refine component-level requirements aligned with system and business requirementsConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure software quality and best practicesMonitor software development activities, prioritising critical features and issues to keep delivery on trackAnalyze system and software requirements, identifying gaps and driving resolution with the development teamSupport testing activities by developing test cases and test plans for connectivity featuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, cloud, and validation engineersInterface with end-users and stakeholders to gather insight on functionality, usability,
and interface requirementsProvide technical support and guidance to the development team throughout the software lifecycleEnsure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and automotive regulationsCommunicate technical findings and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
University degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering — plus 5–12 years of equivalent experienceHands-on knowledge of: 4G/5G Modem, C-V2X, Ultra Wide Band, NFC, CAN, Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, TLS/DTLSFamiliarity with MQTT, OMA-DM, and LWM2MExperience with NAD, Application Processor, SoC, HSM, SEEKnowledge of Linux and AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive)Industry background in connectivity, cockpit, or cloud solution development (automotive or consumer)
Nice to have:
Deep understanding of on-board and off-board connectivity platformsNative software engineering experience in C/C++Experience with Macchina application framework and application sandboxingHands-on experience with requirement definition for automotive projectsUnderstanding of signal, API, and service-oriented interface designExperience with multiple vehicle architecturesStartup configuration, scripting, and application developmentPrior experience interviewing end-users for functionality and usability insightsKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and lawsStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks independently or in a team
