Vertiv is seeking a Lean Specialist to drive Lean Manufacturing across three production plants in Italy. You will work with Manufacturing Managers to raise safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while boosting overall operations.You will lead Lean initiatives, train teams on 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED and Standard Work; monitor KPIs; identify bottlenecks; support FMEA with R&D; and help optimize layouts and tools. Strong English and drawing-reading skills are essential.
