Your Tasks
Ensure quality control of finished products
Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures
Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production
Act as a backup to the QA Manager, coordinating the QA team and ensuring prioritization and timely operational decision-making when required
Your Profile
Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field
5-8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environments
Solid understanding of production processes
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally
Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
Fluent in English and in German or Italian
